Orders will be processed within 2-3 days of receiving them. Shipping usually takes 3-5 business days via USPS. After being processed orders are shipped out of Wellston, OH. Please do not email us about when your order will ship out unless it has been over 3 business days from your purchase date, as it only delays the processing of your order. If you would like your package expedited please send us an email for a priority shipping charge.
Orders cannot be cancelled after being placed. Please double check your shipping address before checking out. Once we ship your order you will be responsible for paying a shipping charge to ship it a second time.
**WE ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR PACKAGES BEING LOST IN TRANSIT IF YOU FIND THAT THIS IS THE CASE FOR YOUR PACKAGE YOU WILL NEED TO FILE A CLAIM WITH THE POST OFFICE. If products are marked as delivered you will need to contact the carrier. We ship vis USPS**
